STUDENT SERVICES 

After-School Tutoring and Homework Club: Professional tutors through Catapult Learning are available to assist students who struggle in our academic environment. This service is made available through Title I and II funding. Mater Dei students and peer tutors are available to help students who need help to complete homework assignments or to develop academic skills. Both programs are available by teacher referral.

Hot Lunch/Breakfast: Hot lunches are served every day at a nominal cost. Students who purchase lunch at school must purchase a $15 lunch ticket. (See General Calendar for Lunch Menu) New lunch tickets may be purchased on Friday.     To ensure that children start the day right, breakfast is available from 7 –7:30 AM daily. The cost is $1.25. These programs are provided by Vera's Catering.
 

Extended Care Program: St. Barbara School offers Extended Care. The on-site staff coordinates this program as an extension of the school day. Supervised outside play and homework/study time are available for any student enrolled at St. Barbara Extended Care during the hours of 6:00 – 7:40 AM, and from 3:00 – 6:00 PM. There is an additional fee for this program.

Any child left on the school grounds before 7:30 AM or 15 minutes after dismissal is taken to Extended Care. Parent will be billed at an hourly rate if child is not enrolled in the Extended Care Program.
